Founder’s Message

I’m Robert Bunn, a licensed attorney (Florida, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., and the Supreme Court of the United States) and two-time Harvard graduate with over 20 years of in-house counsel and prosecutorial experience. I founded Artificial Intelligence Agency to help attorneys, law firms, and businesses safely, ethically, and effectively integrate AI into their practices and operations.

Throughout my legal career—from my time as Chief of the White-Collar Crime Division in Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit to serving as General Counsel for a private equity group—I’ve developed a deep understanding of risk, regulation, and strategic decision-making. As artificial intelligence reshapes the professional landscape, I recognized a critical need: trusted legal guidance that bridges the gap between emerging AI capabilities and responsible, compliant use.

To address this, in October 2024, I founded Bunn.Law, PLLC, doing business as Artificially Intelligent Law®, and subsequently created the Artificial Intelligence Agency as its flagship initiative.

At Artificial Intelligence Agency, we serve as your outsourced Chief Artificial Intelligence Officers (CAIOs) and AI Legal Strategists, offering everything from AI compliance assessments and policy development to hands-on training and custom integration plans. I’ve had the privilege of providing AI training to members of top U.S. law firms and leading financial institutions, always with one mission in mind: to align innovation with integrity.

I believe AI should empower, not endanger. That’s why I founded the Artificially Intelligent Law® Society, and why we launched the AI Boot Camp for legal professionals, and created resources like the AI Help Desk and Our AI Responsibilities framework. Our work is driven not only by what AI can do—but, in addition, by what it should do.
